Online consultation

Animals are not people. We communicate with them mostly on an emotional level, and when a problem arises we are left with only guesses. The animal will not tell us clearly and distinctly what is wrong with it. At the KUROSZ Clinic, we are aware of the sometimes difficult situation in which carers find themselves, having to decide whether or not the symptoms observed require veterinary intervention. We therefore encourage you to use the contact module for online consultations. We don’t treat animals in this way because it is not possible. But by answering your questions, we help you decide on the next course of action.

We emphasise again: online consultation is a tool to assist carers in making decisions about a possible visit to the clinic. They are never a substitute for the visits themselves (if these turn out to be necessary). We do not treat our patients via the Internet because we would not be able to care for them properly that way.
